    Hello this room.

    starting 4 days ago we have receiving digits number from our customer when they send text message to our isms server. this is unusual event we are getting.this happens with some rare mobiles . the SMS server is working smoothly for a year with out any problem.

    I try to fixed the problem by reinstalling of the firmware which is 1.47 version but not successful.

    is could be hardware, firmware or incompatible with mobile advanced features problem, what can be the problem?

    Any one who can give me any solution, suggestion I really appreciate.

    how can I clear out input and outbox sms data from command line or using tell net ?

    Note: it is understood that I can clear(delete) both input and outbox manually by click on the clear button rather than this I need to handle it as triggered after certain of time.
