    1st gateway is running at 915MHz and 2nd Gateway is running at 923MHz. The End device is running at 923MHz configured with App EUI and App key of 1st gateway connecting with OTAA.

    Thanks for the reply. Yes the gateways are on same network and node-red is running on the 1st Gateway.

    Hi Jason,

    Thank you very much for your feedback. I have tried the solution and it works. Now the gateway sends downlink on port0 if there is another downlink packet right next to it in the qeue on any other port.
