Weird Behavior regarding Cellular connection on conduit 5.2.1 version.

We are seeing some weird behavior of the conduits updated to firmware version 5.2.1 on the field. We are able to connect to it via the cellular connection and login to the Admin screen. But the Link state says “Stopped” on the admin site home page .

So we look at the link state to determine if the internet connection is available on the conduit in our custom app to transmit data. If the PPP link is indicated as “PPP Link is up“, we know the internet connection is available to transmit data.

What does it mean when it says Link state is “Stopped“? Also what is the best way to determine if the internet connection is available to transmit data?
