We use the Web Services API to send fax and manage contacts, but user administration is still manual. In particular we’d like to have multiple 4-port units and ease user maintenance by syncing from Active Directory through a program we write, but it appears to be impossible to add/edit users through the Web Services API. Is there an undocumented but available way? If not, why not? Can this be added in a future firmware release? I’m having difficulty convincing my team to obsolete older solutions already in place and migrate the workload onto several new devices if each additional device just makes for more maintenance.
