I work with MS access databases and program with vb. I do little with web interfaces or xml so my questions will be elementary.

My client has your product and would like me to fax reports from my database via the web interface. I can easily duplicate the xml examples that you have provided with my data but I have some basic questions on executing the process.

If there’s another resource you have that would answer my questions I’d be glad to review it.

Once I create the xml text file how do I execute it?

How do I get the username and password for the authorization header?

Is the schedule fax xml the only one needed to send the fax?

This might get me started. Thanks.

    Hi Gene,

We have several code samples in different programing language for how to send a fax using Web Service API.

Also, install Wire Shark to look at the IP packets in case you are running into a problem.

All of these sure seem like a lot of work just to send a fax. An active x control or a library sure would be nice. Thanks for the information I’ll see if I can put something together.
