Hello.
Happy new year!
I got confused by so many different instructions to upgrade the firmware. It is not clear for me what is the correct procedure I have to follow.
Should I update all the partitions as advised at https://www.multitech.com/support/resolutionid/5097328 ? If so, what are the detailed instructions to proceed?
Do MTCDT and MTCDTIP use the same firmware? I couldn’t find any MTCDTIP firmware at multitech.net/mlinux/
What image should I use to upgrade my gateway to the latest version?
a) http://www.multitech.net/mlinux/upgrades/mtcdt/5.1/
b) http://www.multitech.net/mlinux/images/mtcdt/5.2.7/
c) http://ftp.multitech.com/wireless/mLinux/mLinux%205.2.7/MTCDT/mlinux-commissioning-image-mtcdt-upgrade.bin
d) any other? Which file/s ?
What instruction should I follow to upgrade the Gateway’s firmware?
a) http://www.multitech.net/developer/software/mlinux/using-mlinux/flashing-mlinux-firmware-for-conduit/
b) http://www.multitech.net/developer/software/mlinux/upgrading-mlinux/
Thank you for your understanding, time, and collaboration.
With best regards

Happy New Year Sebastian
I have been successful upgrading mLinux firmware using the ‘detailed steps’ outlined at this link.
You can use the ‘mlinux-base-image-mtcdt-20200612181315.rootfs.jffs2’ file and ‘uImage–4.9.87-r11.2-mtcdt-20200612181315.bin’ file at link http://www.multitech.net/mlinux/images/mtcdt/5.2.7/
MTCDT and MTCDTIP do use the same firmware.
