ST-LINK V2 not connecting to Xdot

    I have been getting errors with ST-Link connecting to my xdot, it ranges from ST-Link not found to target not detected. Please find the error messages below. First two from Keil uVision 5 and the last from STM32 ST-LINK Utility.

    “No Target Connected”
    “Error: Flash Download Failed = Target DLL has been cancelled.”
    “Can not connect to target!
    Please select “connect under reset” mode from target -> settings menu and try again.
    If you’re trying to connect to a low frequency application, please select a lower SWD frequency mode from target->settings menu.”

    If anyone has dealt with this or anything similar, please do guide me in the right direction.
