SIM Card Locked

    I use a Conduit IP67 AEP gateway SW release 1.4.4. with a GSM WAN link.
    Sometimes SIM card is locked and my PP is down.
    I removed SIM card , put it in smartphone to desimlock it.
    Then plug it again in Gateway.
    After around 2 monthes, SIM Card is locked once gain.

    Error Message is “SIM Card locked. (28/09/208 à 12:20:19). We are on 28/09/2018 but 10:22.
    Why SIM card is locked?
    Why locked time is in the future?
