Multi-tech RF850 Firewall – Schedule VPN

Using on old Multi-tech firewall (RF850) and one feature it lacks is the ability to schedule VPN connections. I’m trying to create a shell script to run on a cron job to perform this task, but have noticed that there are multiple locations/files that need to be altered to enable/disable a VPN connection. Was wondering if anyone knows what all files need to be changed to do this?
