    I have an issue where multiple users are having issues with sending PDF’s, it seems like the files themselves are the issue, as other things send fine, and even these documents as a ‘.docx’ send fine. I noticed another topic or 2 regarding this issue and PDF compression, but they are older than 5 years.

    We are currently testing the next release for the FaxFinder. It includes a fix that we hope will take care of many of the preprocessing errors. It should be released later this month.
