Hi,
I’ve a problem with MTCDP-H5 and PPP connection. The ppp connection works correctly (when the MTCDP-H5 starts), but after a period of several days fails (lost connection and interface ppp down). If I run the script in this scenario, ppp connection does not work.
I’ve tried doing a software reboot (/sbin/reboot) but does not work, the problem with ppp connection persist. Finally, to return to work properly I need to unplug/plug the electric power of MTCDP-H5.
Is there any solution?
Hi Miguel,
Can you post the log when it is working, when it fails, and when you do soft reboot and it’s still not working ? You may need to enable ‘debug’ option in the options file to see more debug messages.
If the logs are too large, you may want to create a support case and attach them to the case.
