    Hi,

    we have a problem with several of the MTCDP-H5-1.0 devices we purchased recently.

    The problem manifests by the device going offline, showing no heartbeat (“A” LED) and with “LS” LED blinking regularly approx. every second.

    Network lights come on and blink as if receiving data, but no network connection can be established. Also, it is not possible to connect to the device using the serial console, because the device is not communicating with a computer.

    We have one device (S/N: 17604609) which gets heart attack every single day.

    Any idea what could be causing this issue? Thank you.

    Hi Mark,

    Were you able to update the bootstrap and if so did that resolve the problem?

    The most unstable device (S/N: 17604609), which we updated first and kept it running since hasn’t crashed for 24 hours now. Fingers crossed. I will report here after a week.

    Hi,

    I can confirm that the devices with the patch applied have not crashed since we patched them 8 days ago.

    Without the patch, it would have happened 4-5 times already.
