Hmm, that’s quite odd. At this point, it’s probably best for you to open a support case to get some more focused help.

K HollerbThomas, did you ever get your login issue resolved? I’m running into the same thing. factory defaults but root / root default combination doesn’t work.
addendum… just when i thought i had looked at enough other pages and posted this question, i immediately thereafter saw the answer somewhere else… admin/admin. thanks.
