Identify data received from diferent displays

PericoHello,
Somebody can help me to know the better way to identify the data that I’m receiving at my gateway from diferent temperature sensors? Specially I need it to do a identification at node-red gateway app, I supose that I need to create a function to do this identification but I’m not sure how to do it.
For example, Sensor1 and Sensor2 send temperatures, and at my node-red debug I want to see this identifiers to know from which sensor is every temperature.
