    does someone have a recommendation on how to detect a transmit in progress error? When my xdot occasionally encounters this problem there is no mechanism in place to recover from it. This essentially makes the device dead in the field. if i could at least detect it i could trigger the xdot to reset and hopefully recover.

    If isTransmitting returns false and send fails you should reset.
