    We have a FF830 that prints to a CanonIRC5250 as well as an HPm3035 on another line. Most of the time when a fax comes in to these units the device wants to print to A4 paper. I can only imagine that it is how FF is interpreting the incoming fax and sending it to the printer. Obviously we would like it to print to LTR by default. We found a work around on the HP by defaulting to a certain drawer for A4 and that works but is not a long term solution. Help!

    If you check the configuration and you think all the settings were all correct, then the problem might be at the device it self which I think you need to have a personal visit to the manufacturer or seller.
