I am using MTCDT-266A-915 (MultiConnect Conduit).
I Have a problem to connect my device to DEVICEHQ I can do a ping to 8.8.8.8, but when I click the buttom “Check-In To DeviceHQ” it always show me “failed to open connection with the remote server”
If anyone have any suggestion, please advise me.

Please verify that you can successfully ping a host name like http://www.google.com
from the Conduit. If that works but still can not check-in to deviceHQ via
Ethernet, we find the most common reason is TCP/UDP port 5798 is blocked on
your network for outbound access. Please check with the network administrator
that TCP/UDP port 5798 is not firewalled for outbound access.
