ClassB: Beacon not getting locked in the device

Firmware : 3.2.1-mbed51101
Library : 3.2.1-mbed51101
MTS-Lora : 3.2.1-mbed51101
Steps :
1) The device is in Class A
2) AT+JOIN
3) AT+SENDB=00 => (Done Some UL traffic)
4) AT+PP=5 => ping Slot Periodicity value set to 5
5) AT+DC=B => (This send DeviceTimeReq and PingSlotInfoReq to the NS)
6) NS send the DeviceTimeAns and PingslotInfoAns to end device
7) Gateway is sending the beacon to the device but the device is not getting beacon locked.
Please correct me if I am wrong or provide more information to succeed on these.
