    Hello,

    I’m looking for a little help. We got most of our app running on the CDP, but we need a newer version of PHP that is included (5.3.8 vs 5.2.11). I copied the bitbake files from the 5.2.11 to create them for 5.3.8, but when it builds, I get a php executable that is 80MB, which leads to some obvious problems…

    Any help would be appreciated.

    My suspicion would be that the php executable is getting created with debug info and isn’t getting stripped for some reason, though I can’t say why off hand.
