Hi!

Thanks for your reply. Okay so no hot-swapping, well I assumed as much but it’s good to know for sure. Yeah I’ve tried unplugging the unit and plugging it back in again multiple times and in between trying different SIM cards. However – a thought just struck me. I’ve unplugged it from the wall but that doesn’t necessarily mean that a low power consuming unit like this will immediately notice it(?). If there are capacitors inside the unit that might be enough to keep the thing from resetting properly. I’ll try unplugging it for a longer while to see if it helps. Also, is it possible that the power adapter contains a capacitor that might help keep it alive for the short durations that I’ve kept it disconnected?

I will try and get back with the results.
