Removing a SIM Card

To remove the SIM card, you need:

  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Needle-nose pliers

To remove the SIM card:

  1. Disconnect power, if it is connected.
  2. Use a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the two SIM cover screws and remove
    the SIM door.
  3. Use a needle-nose pliers to grasp the SIM card and pull it from the card
    holder. Do not touch the contact with the pliers.
