I have a mLinux conduit (DOM 2015.06.19) running mLinux 5.1.8. I’m unable to perform a hard factory reset via the front reset button. I have held the button for 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 120 seconds; each time the conduit starts back up and asks for the password we originally assigned. Also, it still has our custom firmware on the unit after reset. I am firmly holding the button, and getting feedback from the front lights as well as TeraTerm that the unit is rebooting. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Rick St JohnI ended downgrading the conduit to 3.3.7 then upgrading it back to mLinux 5.1.8. That fixed the problem of clearing out our custom firmware. No further info required.
